Mr. Reaux has a career that spans more than 36 years of success in business management, marketing, advertising and broadcast television production and journalism. He has won more than a dozen awards for TV production, journalism and television commercial production. His entrepreneurial experience began in 1981 when he founded Simplx Marketing Corporation, a Houston based insurance loss replacement company. In 1986 he founded Infinity Vision Group, a Houston based marketing and advertising boutique that specialized in the development of affinity marketing programs and local and national television commercials. In 1991, Mr. Reaux successfully developed and launched a national marketing program called "Travel Dollars, call long distance and fly free!" The program merged airlines with calling card customers to provide discount travel. In 2013 Mr. Reaux became the inventor of the LiveWell Affinity Insurance Product™
OWEN ELLINGTON, M.D., J.D. - Executive Vice President & COO
Dr. Ellington is the Co-Founder of the company and its Executive Vice President of Operations. Dr. Ellington was the first Medical Director for Amerigroup in Texas. Since leaving Amerigroup for private practice in 2003, he has maintained very strong personal and business relationships with executives in the insurance and healthcare industries.
Over an eleven year career Dr. Ellington served as the Medical Director for Amerigroup Texas, Humana Healthcare Plans, United Healthcare and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He has been a practicing physician since 1975 and is currently the President of Dermatology and Skin Cancer Care in Houston, Texas. He is also the Senior Vice President of Network Job List, an executive placement firm with a network consisting of more than 21,000 healthcare executive.
Kevin Moten - Vice President, Corporate Communications
Mr. Moten's experience in broadcast television, advertising, marketing and business management spans three decades. His experience in television and television commercial production has won awards for several national advertising campaigns. He has worked on national projects with such notable celebrities as George Foreman, Waylan Jennings and Dr. Edith Irby Jones. He has also won numerous Gold Awards at film festivals around the country for his documentary and public affairs TV productions. He has excelled in retail management while working for several large national retail chains.
LORENZO CHILDRESS, Jr., M.D., J.D. - Advisory Board Member
Dr. Childress' career spanned over 35 years of health care experience in the area of HMO operations and medical management which included both private and group practice. Past positions included Chief Medical Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Medical Director, and physician. Dr. Childress brings decades of experience in procurement of venture capital funding and negotiating experience with insurance companies to the team. Dr. Childress was the founding National Medical Director for Amerigroup Corporation, a national healthcare insurance provider. He was instrumental in procuring venture capital funding and in taking the company from startup in 1994 to going public in 2001. On December 24, 2012 Amerigroup Corporation was acquired by Wellpoint, Inc., the nation's second largest healthcare insurance provider.
